24-Hour and Overnight Care

Your loved one is never alone.

Around-the-clock support, day or night. From personal care to simply being there, we are always by their side.

When the answer is constant presence

Some situations call for someone in the home around the clock. Recovery from a major surgery. Late-stage dementia with overnight wandering. End-of-life care. A spouse who has been the primary caregiver and finally needs rest.

Our 24-hour care provides one or more caregivers across rotating shifts so that someone is always present, awake, and attentive.

Always present. Always awake. Always attentive.

What round-the-clock means.

What our care includes

Across all 24 hours.

01

Continuous presence

Someone is always in the home, awake and active.

02

Personal care on the client's schedule

Not the agency's. We work to the client's natural rhythm.

03

Medication management on schedule

Including overnight doses without disrupting sleep more than necessary.

04

Overnight monitoring

For wandering, sundowning, or fall risk.

05

Bathroom assistance during the night

Without delay. Dignity preserved.

06

Mobility and transfer support

Whenever needed.

07

Companionship and conversation through the day

Activity when wanted. Quiet when wanted.

08

Family respite, especially overnight

So the family can sleep, knowing someone is in the home.

Two staffing models

Live-in or shift-based.

We staff 24-hour care two ways. We help families pick the right model based on the client's needs and the home's logistics.

01

Shift-based

Caregivers rotate in 8 to 12-hour shifts, awake and active throughout.

02

Live-in

One caregiver lives in the home with built-in sleep hours and a defined wake-on-call protocol.

Continuity even at scale

Familiar faces, even on rotation.

When 24-hour care requires more than one caregiver, we keep the team small and consistent. The same two or three caregivers rotate, so the client always sees a familiar face and the family always knows who is in the home.

The first step is a free in-home consultation. 24-hour care is often time-sensitive; we can mobilize quickly when the situation requires it.
