Wound care reminders and tracking
Per discharge instructions. Documented and reviewed with the family.
Post-Surgery Support
Recovery does not pause for the front door. We pick up where the hospital left off.
The first 72 hours
The hours and days after surgery shape the entire recovery. Our caregivers help your loved one rest properly, take medications on schedule, follow wound care instructions, and reach the small daily milestones that build back strength.
Recovery setbacks often come from small things. A missed medication. A walker just out of reach.
What our care includes
Per discharge instructions. Documented and reviewed with the family.
Each dose, each time. Pain management, anticoagulants, antibiotics, all of it.
Bed-to-chair, chair-to-walker, walker-to-bath. We do not let the recovery be set back by a fall.
Bathing, dressing, grooming — done in a way that respects both healing and dignity.
Protein for tissue repair, hydration for medications, soft foods if needed.
A clean kitchen, made bed, and clear floors are part of recovery.
We drive. We wait. We help the family stay informed.
Daily notes when appropriate. A call when something needs the family's attention.
Hospital to home
We can begin care the day of discharge. The Administrator coordinates directly with you and the discharge team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks during the transition.
We are there for the small things so the big things stay on track.

Begin care
The first step is a free in-home consultation. We can often begin care within 48 to 72 hours of the initial conversation, sometimes same-day for urgent situations.
